Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control, including adverse weather conditions or busy periods such as Christmas.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for collection or redelivery.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the delivery is refused by the recipient, a handling fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
