Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page at fancycube.co.uk/pages/contact or email hello@fancycube.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via our Contact page with photos and your order number. We will offer a full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

Exceptions For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
